Blackbirds can be found in small urban parks and residential areas - they're especially fond of feeding on lawns and can be seen with their heads cocked to one side, listening for earthworms.

This beautiful blackbird has been skilfully hand-carved from Indonesian albizia, known locally as 'silk tree', and then hand-painted with fantastic colourful detail.
